I'm a professional learning and project management consultant for early childhood organizations.

My goal is to support early childhood organizations in continuous improvement. I provide professional learning to early childhood centers, ISDs and ESAs, and other organizations, customized to each group's specific needs.

I am also a skilled project manager and content developer, ensuring that ideas, plans, and projects move smoothly to launch day and beyond. I handle day-to-day management of process and workflow, and provide editing and writing services as needed.

May 2021 to April 2023 | Project Management

Michigan Department of Education: Comprehensive revision of early learning and program quality standards, resulting in the new Early Childhood Standards of Quality for Birth to Kindergarten, approved by the State Board of Education in November 2022.

2015 to 2020 | Content/Program Development | Project Management | Program Management

Learning Care Group: Developed and provided ongoing support for 7 extra-curricular programs in 4 years, including 3 built for simultaneous release in 2019, generating over $2.5 million in recurring revenue with nearly 10,000 students enrolled in the first two years of implementation.

2014 to 2020

Pilot management, professional learning development and implementation, and project roll-out for Learning Care Group's My Best Self, Junior K, Kindergarten, and electives programs.
